First Visit

With your initial visit, plan on spending 30 minutes at our chiropractic office. We take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic care to our Denver patients. Below is a sampling of what you will experience on the first visit.

Brief Paperwork

Upon entering the office, if not done already, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation

The doctor will then ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care may be of benefit to you.

Examination

Next, a number of specialized tests will be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-ray Studies (State of the art Digital Imaging Equipment)

Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays to either rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Same Day Treatment

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, patients may be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments and/or physical therapies.

Home Instructions

Prior to leaving, patients will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Report of Findings

Your report of findings is scheduled as soon after your first visit as possible. In this visit we will offer an extensive report of all information gathered on your first visit. General chiropractic questions will be answered, and a complete diagnosis and course of treatment will be discussed one-on-one with the doctor. At this time, we will have verified your insurance and will be able to recommend the most affordable payment option for your treatment. There is no additional charge for this report, only the standard fees for any treatment received on this day will apply.
